Use our pigment primer to create long lasting looks with our loose pigments. This formula applies tacky and drys waterproof. 
 
How to apply:
Apply a thin coat on the area that you'd apply the loose pigment and then press the loose pigment on top. Works best applied in a patting motion. This primer also works with chunky glitter or shimmers.
 
This product is quick drying, so you may need to apply as you go. Feel free to test the formula out on the back of the hand to feel out the product.
