Wet Liners:
 
·To activate this product you will need: A ultra thin eye liner brush and a bit of water
· Add a drop of water either directly into the Wet Liner pot or to the inside of the lid ( For Wet Liner Duo's: Clean the brush before dipping into the next shade)
· With your brush, mix well and apply the creamy consistency to your skin. You may keep adding water to mix the product to achieve the creamy consistency desired
·Let the Wet Liner fully dry before storing it away.

Once the Wet Liner is applied and fully dry, these opaque pigments are smudge and transfer resistant. Please note that these are not waterproof!
 
All ingredients are FDA approved. It is recommended to perform a patch test on a smaller area on the skin to insure irritation does not occur. If it does, discontinue use of product immediately. Use with caution around the eye area.
